This type of installation is ideal for newly constructed pools. Winding of the slatted cover is placed in the wet (flooded) compartment behind the pool. The compartment bottom is advantageously to equip with a bottom drain; skimmers should be mounted on the compartment backside to collect debris falling from the slatted sheet. Drive units behind the wall or tubular motors in the shaft may be used for the Type B. The walkable bridge is made of plates from exotic wood or wood composite in most cases. Supporting rectangular tubes are anchored to the perimeter walls. Maximum width of the pool is 6 m.
